Travel fees are based on distance, location, and accessibility to ensure fair, transparent pricing for every client. All notarial acts are billed at the Missouri state‑regulated rate of $5 per signature.

    🟩 Zone 1 — Standard (Republic & Springfield Metro)

    Cities: Republic, Springfield, Battlefield, Willard, Clever

    Travel Fee:

    • $15 minimum trip fee

    • $1.25 per mile (round trip)

    🟦 Zone 2 — Extended (Nixa, Ozark & Surrounding Areas)

    Cities: Nixa, Ozark, Strafford, Fair Grove, Rogersville, Highlandville, Spokane

    Travel Fee:

    • $20 minimum trip fee

    • $1.25–$1.50 per mile

    🟧 Zone 3 — Outer (Marshfield, Buffalo & Rural Areas)

    Cities: Marshfield, Buffalo, Conway, Elkland, Mansfield, Ava

    Travel Fee:

    • $25 minimum trip fee

    • $1.50 per mile
